  • Inspiration and designs
    Meet us for a chat. Share your ideas and dreams. Our design team will inspire you with what you can do or simply help you to choose one of our fabulous floor plans. Our team will work with you to explore and select the features, upgrades and options for your new home.

  • Tender
    Once you have approved your tender and are ready to move to the next stage with council submission we will then organise your building agreement for signing.
  • Obtain Approvals
    We have a lot of experience working with local councils. We prepare and arrange all necessary paperwork to ensure council requirements and controls are satisfied for us to obtain council and all necessary approvals to begin construction.
  • Select colour schemes
    Once we have council approvals we will arrange for you to meet with our design team to select colour schemes for your granny flat. We will suggest colour palettes and offer inspiration with your colours and finishes, the way you dreamt it to be!
  • Choose your inclusions
    We partner with big-name Australian suppliers to deliver the confidence of top-quality inclusions for your home.
  • Kitchen

    A full builder’s clean for internal areas means you can move in as soon as you have the keys to your new granny flat. We even make sure you have a letterbox, clothesline and a TV point.
  • Construction phase
    The plans, designs and price are fixed from here. Now our construction team can do what they do best. You are 6 steps away from moving into your new home
  1. Preliminary stage
    Our team will prepare your land, install temporary fencing, undertake demolition, prepare the site for
    excavation and lay underground connections and pour your slab.
  2. Frame Stage
    You will see your designs coming to life as our team of carpenters stand up walls and roof trusses, install windows, and then complete the external work, brick by brick.
    The finished frame is inspected and signed off by a Building Surveyor.
  3. Lock Up Stage
    This is the first time your home gets secured. Brickwork and/or external cladding is in place and insulation and roofing are installed. We hang temporary doors and lock them to make sure your home is safe and sound.
  4. Fixing Stage
    Waterproofing of wet areas is undertaken before tiling of walls and floors can start in the bathroom. Internal plasterwork is completed. Cupboards and cabinets are fixed into place.
  5. Fit Off Stage
    We finish off the interior with your specifically chosen inclusions and colours. Benchtops, doors, showers and mirrors are all installed while we paint the house. Finally, we fit off electrical connections and plumbing fixtures.
  6. New Home Presentation
    Around two weeks before the completion of your new home, you will be invited to the Practical Completion Inspection (PCI) stage.
    Acrow will present your new home to you with a demonstration of fittings, fixtures and features.

Build Completion
Congratulations, moving day!

With Acrow’s clean-up complete, you will be able to move in immediately and spend the first night in your beautiful new granny flat
