Our customers wanted Acrow Investments to design and construct a granny flat with a specific family member in mind. The kitchen has modern grey cabinetry and is perfect for entertaining with the open plan living area.

The single bedroom features its own ensuite for comfort and privacy with an extra bathroom for visitors. Timber laminate in tawny brown tones throughout gives the home a warm vibe while large windows bring plenty of light into each room!

The results more than match the brief and the clients are thrilled with their stylish extra living space. If they decide to rent out the granny flat in the future, they could look forward to a rental income of around $415 per week.
