The design plan for this Investment Property on the Central Coast was all in the details.

Collaborating with our in-house design team, our client explained their needs and, together, we designed a floor plan that delivered both a spacious and airy flow through the dwelling inside and out, making the most of the large outdoor space.

With the addition of a timber patio, the cladding was painted in a soft endless dusk. The walls are painted in a crisp white to create a luxurious, coastal feel and the floors are finished in a spotted gum laminate. The kitchen is painted in crisp white which carries on with the airy coastal feel, and the cupboards and drawers are finished in a beautiful high white gloss. The benchtop is 20mm stone, in the colour reflection. The kitchen is finished with stainless steel appliances.
