What is a dual occupancy?

An Acrow home & attached granny flat (dual occupancy) is both a home and granny, all under the one roof, or alternatively presented as two separate homes on a subdivided block of land with two separate titles. A large percentage of our client base have bought vacant blocks of a land and our advice is that the most affordable way to produce the largest return is to build a dual occupancy.
