The project
Our clients, already property investors came to Acrow Investments for our help to maximise the income from their block in Kintumber.
They knew a granny flat was the perfect complement to the property which was already situated on the block and asked us to design and build their new investment.

This project’s costs totalled $120,000.00, including CDC approval and construction fees. The client wanted a modern, spacious-feeling home they could rent immediately and which would also add value to the block. The average weekly rent in Kincumber is $400 so, paired with the existing rental income from the main property on the block, the granny flat will quickly offset mortgage repayments.
