Umina Beach is a laid-back, convenient and welcoming coastal hub, half-way between Sydney and Newcastle, making it a great place for a short break… or a sea change!

A Central Coast commercial hub, Umina Beach’s roughly 17,000 residents can shop, go to school, catch a bus, or just relax on a sheltered sandy beach that forms the south-east boundary of the suburb. The beaches are popular with families and there is even a beach where you can take your dogs.
In addition to Ettalong Beach, Woy Woy and Blackwall, there is also the secluded hamlet of Pearl Beach.

Our client wanted Acrow Investments to design and construct a 2 bedroom granny flat that would appeal to renters.
Light taupe laminate flooring throughout the living areas and wale grey carpet in the bedrooms, a modern clean kitchen with luna white stone benchtops, and stainless steel appliances exudes luxury and embraces the vibe of the seaside. Split system revers cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans add comfort on those warm Summer days.

Crisp white walls throughout the granny flat has added the bright airy feel the client wanted which is complimented by the natural light which comes through.
The granny flat comes with lovely features such as built in robes, spacious open plan living area, off street parking, outdoor entertainment area and a lovely garden.

The results more than match the brief and the clients are thrilled with their stylish investment.
The clients managed to rent out the granny flat with ease.
