This is a stress-free process for you; we’ve done this many times before and we know the controls, regulations and paperwork needed.

The approval process normally takes no more than four to six weeks. We are as keen as you are to start building. Our team will be eagerly waiting to start work on your new home.

3 – Turnkey Construction

When we have council approval, we’ll invite you back for a meeting to choose inclusions and colour schemes for your home. We’ll initiate the building contract and begin work.
